Spacious and comforatble rooms feature ,refrigerator,Hyatt Grand Beds,coffeemaker,42in Plasma TV, comforable furnishings and flexible work space, ,VCR,HBO,CNN,ESPN,hair dryer,fullsize iron and ironing board. Outdoor pool & fitness center,and valet laundry service. Complimentary Continental Beakfast. Complimentary airport shuttle and shuttle service with in 5 miles of hotel. Meeting space available to accomodate 36 classroom style seating. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for any pet found in the hotel. Service animals are always welcome. read more

They made every effort to get me to and from the Convention Center.
Confusing exit from elevator, I ended up in the dining area.

Although I think there were a number of people there, it was very quiet.
It was difficult/expensive to get into town since I didn't have a car.

The hotel was attractive, spacious and well designed. My room was very large, with a desk for working and a small table for eating snacks. There was a refrigerator and a wet bar. I loved the various media hookups so I could watch my Balloon Fiesta pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable and the wash basin on the outside of the bathroom made it very useful for early morning, rapid getaways. All in all, a great hotel! read more

The lady at the front desk went out of her way to recommend an authentic New Mexican Restaurant that was fabulous.
It took 30 minutes to receive the automated breakfast and they had completely ran out of coffee when I can down at 7:00 am.

The decor was soothing and the hotel was filled with aromatherapy.
The location of our room. There was way too much traffic in that area.

Nice place to stay if you are exhausted. It was clean and TV was great. Overall good experience.

The room was dirty.

Would not recommend this hotel and would not Would not stay there again. Carpets stained, bedding old, and generally the room was dirty. We had to crawl around on our hands and knees to pick up burrs in the carpet so our infant didn't find them with her hands and knees.

Very clean and comfortable.

We are traveling with children, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, the only thing the hotel need is a stand for the NM tourist info, there were no information about the area at all.
