it was comfortable, cozy, the bed was nice and big and the TV was a convenient size for the location it was in.
The bathroom was too small and the tv was in a not so great location.

It was nice for the price I paid. I was pleased overall. I wasn't happy with the size of the bathroom at all.

Room a little worn, bathroom too small.

While visiting relatives in Johns Creek, the hotel allowed easy access to their home. We were looking for a convenient location to sleep and get going in the morning and the hotel was perfect.

The location was great
The carpet in our was old and somewhat stained, and we could not get the heat a comfortable level.

As a whole, we liked the hotel, and we would recommend it to our friends

I liked the color scheme and furniture in the hotel room and lobby and enjoyed the pleasant attitude of hotel staff.
The only thing that needed taken care of was room cleanliness. My room had an empty shopping bags, cookies, wine bottle, and some else's toiletries.

Good, clean facility with large living space. Air conditioner noise, with location next to bed, made sleeping difficult.

Lack of repair.

Nice from the outside however I got very little sleep thanks to a dripping bath tub and toilet, I had to shut the water off in the toilet and put a towel in the tub to stop the noise. Then the air unit was very loud. Additionally the curtains did not block the light and I was woken up because of it. I would never stay in a Hyatt Place hotel again.

Good location for us. Large comfortable rooms including a comfortable seating space and the beds are very comfortable.

The room was real nice and the free breakfast was excellent.
TV in room was 3 feet from end of bed, right in my face.

I am not a world traveler. This was the nice place I have stayed in.

Loved having the fresh fruit at breakfast. Hotel didn't miss a detail.
Waking up to find hundreds of people in the hotel and parking lot for a job fair we didn't know about.

Great hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. We would stay here again.

It is nice hotel very clean rooms.
Low ratings are due to renovations.

The hotel and staff was excellent. The fact that I had to enter and exit the hotel at the side entrances due to construction on the lobby was an inconvenience and the continental breakfast wasn't a breakfast at all.
