The room was very spacious, the living area exceptional, and the bed was comfortable.
Actually, there was no problem with this hotel.

The Hyatt place was convenient to many areas in Austin. The value was superb. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

The room was nice. Really liked the interior decorating and the couch was very comfortable to lounge in.

Convenient, right off the freeway. Rooms are large and nicely decorated. Nice to have a refrigerator. TV was flat screen- awesome. Free breakfast every morning - nice selection of food.

Ants. Can't not watch TV while at the desk.

Ants. Only noticed 2 the night I checked in; none when I first got up in the morning. Took a shower, ants were everywhere in the shower/toilet room, across the sink area, and into the main living area. Thousands of them. Couldn't get out of the room/hotel fast enough. (Fortunately, it was a one night stay.) Manager's reaction was well, is there anything we can do for you? I'm checked out, what's he going to do for me? He could have, should have, offered a refund or a coupon for a future discount. (I didn't feel it was my place to ask for cash.) read more

This hotel was pleasing to the eye, and in a great location, easy access to the highway. The staff was so nice!
I wish the staff was more knowledgeable of the city. ie public transportation, parks etc.

My overall experience with this hotel was great. Quiet, pleasant, friendly, clean. The amenities were great for the price. Free continental breakfast! Even the Marriot Courtyard couldn't offer that, but charge the same price.
