Housekeeping was a bit poor. The elevator and hallways needed vacuuming badly.

The Hyatt Place has very comfortable rooms.

The rooms are very spacious, including a desk area, a pullout sofa, and a refrigerator.
Though new, it is beginning to show wear and a need to be upgraded.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and close proximity to mall. However, the traffic is bad in this area.

It was a nice big room and it was new. It had wireless internet and breakfast was included.
The breakfast did not include meat.

It was very good.

Needed more outlets.

Overall a great place to stay, only one minor things to say, travelling with 2 people who both work on computers and have cell phones and other electronics there werent enough outlets to plug everything in to run/charge. no big deal
I know.

Liked the re-model, 24 hr food and large flat screen.
The slow and old elevators need replacing.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. 24hr food availability is a plus.
