Helpful staff, newer accommodations, cleanliness.
It was a little difficult to find.

The hotel was updated and had a feeling of being upscale. The neighborhood/ location seemed safe and pleasant.

Food 24/7, the prices was okay as well - comfortable bed.
No microwave would be nice if stay was longer.

I stayed at another hotel doing my last trip to Birmingham - was a nice place but this stay was even nicer - looking to stay here again.

Beautiful rooms and very friendly staff!
About 15 minutes drive from the airport, but very safe area with convenient restaurants
and shopping.

We would love to stay here again and we've already recommended Priceline to our friends. What a bargain!

Every hotel employee went over and beyond his/her duty to be helpful and pleasant.
Air conditioner vents blew right on the bed.

This hotel was previously an AmeriSuites in which I'd stayed,but it has been beautifully revamped into a lovely Hyatt Place to stay--quite Zen and modern with high grade extras such as flat screen tv, granite countertops, and a friendly, helpful staff.
