All staff that I encountered was friendly and went above and beyond to please.

Found hotel clean and well kept. Rooms were clean and very roomy. Nice accommodations and 42 inch LCD screen. Will stay there again if available.

Love the large screen plasma TV in the room. By far the best TV in all the hotels I stay at.

Great location in central El Paso. Easy commute to wherever you have business in the city. Rooms are always top notch and there isn't a friendlier staff at any hotel I've stayed at. Love the large screen plasma TV in each room and has a great channel selection. Good wireless internet connection and comfortable seating/work space.

Closeness to freeway.

The decor is contemporary, rather like a Starbucks. The rooms are particularly nice - a refreshing change from the standard rectangle, with comfortable sitting area, large flat screen TV, and attractive lighting. Front desk staff are warm and helpful.

Always great and helpful staff.

Always comfortable pillows and beds and quiet rooms. Very appreciated for business travelers. I also like the convenient location of the hotel which makes it easy to get anywhere in El Paso.

Bathroom was very small.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. It was a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful-from the people who checked us in to the custodial staff. The room was nice and nicely decorated and very quiet.
