Location.

Nice big and clean rooms, but a little outside location. You have to drive at least 10 Minutes for shopping or restaurants. Very friendly staff and a good overall experience.

Right off the freeway and east access, full scale gym right next door.
The restroom was extremely small, the door would hit the toilet while closing. Also the showers did not have mats (very slippery) with the type of soap.

The service was excellent with friendly staff. The self serving breakfast bar was as good as it gets! I initially was going to stay across the bay because I was attending my nephews football game at Menlo College but found this place. My other family members stayed at a much smaller and definitely less comfortable place closer to Menlo, but they paid way too much for it. My wife and daughter and her fiancee were thrilled to see our hotel vs. our relatives. It was worth the drive across the bay! Thank you very much. read more

The bistro type restaurant environment had a very european feel and I loved the A/V inputs in the room!

This hotel and the Hyatt Place design in general is far above any of the similar offering from Sheraton, Marriott, etc. The layout of the room is perfect for medium length stays. I found myself thinking I could live here for quite awhile and never felt this before about any hotel at any price!

The breakfast they served was great.

The hotel is right off the freeway. It is very nice and clean. I was surprised at the price I paid for such a nice hotel. I will definitely go back next time I stay in the San Jose area.

Great value - room size and set up were excellent.
Directions were a bit confusing - got a little turned around.

Obviously set up primarily for business travel, this was a great value for the weekend. Nice hotel - very nice room.

Very clean, quiet, accessibility, friendly and courteous personnel, excellent breakfast menu and 24/7 access to kitchen service for ordering food, etc.

Overall excellent service, hotel ambiance is great, very clean, personnel very helpful, and courteous.

Great bedroom/suite, free printing/internet, and great public lounge areas.
Nothing bad at all.

Great customer service, free breakfast, lots of comfortable and attractive meeting/socializing areas in the lobby and first floor in general. The bedroom is great, huge flat screen TV, refrigerator, couch, and comfortable bed/pillows.
