The Hyatt was very clean and upscale, comfortable beds.
The free breakfast was good but could be better.

The Hyatt in Lexington was very nice. The staff that we encountered were very efficient. The room was quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very generic-not a comfortable/cozy hotel. Sterile

This Hyatt was not your typical Hyatt. The decor was very sterile. The room lacked local telephone book, restaurant info, Lexington info, hotel info, etc. The front desk was reluctant to give a map or info offered to lend their phone book to me, but keep at their desk. No snack/pop machines other than at the front desk. Front desk staff unfriendly and not helpful.

The hotel was very clean and modern with a great TV.

I was really impressed with the hotel overall. The rooms were very modern and tastefully designed. The large walk in shower was luxurious and wonderful.

Nice continental breakfast, very clean, helpful staff, easy access to major roads, very large room with large screen TV and refrigerator.

It was just a beautiful hotel, the rooms were lovely.
There wasn't anything to be unhappy about.

A beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. You just felt very welcome and well taken care of. The continental breakfast was fabulous. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will tell family and friends to stay there.
