love the room with the sitting area separatre from the beds. When I had guest over they could sit on the sofa and not on my bed.
The front desk receptions appeared to be snobbish and perturbed when they were asked simple questions or if there was a simple request.

The hotel actually exceeded my expectations. The beds were absolutely comfortable. The toilet is situated so close to the door frame that you basically have to use the bathroom with the door open. For a larger guest the toilet so close to the door is a problem. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated. I'm sold on this hotel and will stay there as I am a frequent traveler to KY-I can get past the rude front desk staff! read more

I loved the decor and overall feel of this hotel. Modern, clean and very comfortable.
Wireless Internet was a little too slow to watch.

I would definitely stay here again. I loved the look of everything. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the location was great. Shopping, restaurants and more. Highly recommended.

the room was comfortable and clean. near plenty of nice places to dine. Staff super helpful.
continental breakfast left something to desire but coffee was good.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The decor was modern and warm. Our room exceeded expectations for the price. Huge flat screen, comfy pillows and roomy.
