Location.
The maid did not know how to clean. Bathtub was not clean.
I had to ask for my tub to be cleaned. It was not cleaned from prior guest! That is really nasty. Not only hair in bathroom but splatter in bathroom wall. When
I asked for maid to do a better job and then I would tip good, she cleaned (a quick whip down). Need new staff for maids.

I would stay in this hotel again. It was a safe area with plenty of shopping and dining in the area and the mall across the street. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast met expectations and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The 24 hour service for coffee, snacks, wine and other non essentials was greatly appreciated. I would book this hotel again. read more

Back entry door did not work.
I had never stayed at a Hyatt Place before, but it was very nice, and the staff were very helpful.

Hip and young design. Comfortable and quiet. Continental breakfast was excellent.

The staff were very, very pleasant & helpful.
The elevators. They made noises as if they were old.
Excellent location, wonderful rooms. Very comfortable. The staff were some of the most pleasant & accommodating I've encountered in a very long time. Will definitely stay there again.

One of the most friendly staffs I have ever experienced.
Bathroom vanity was in the bedroom right at foot of bed.
This is a great place to stay: good location, friendly staff, clean room, good amenities. We will stay again.
