The beds are
very comfortable. I felt safe in the area.
I stayed two days, my bed was not remade for the 2 nd night.
I felt safe in the area, which is a big plus. The beds were very comfortable, but our beds were not made/straightened by the hotel staff on the second night, no one even offered to make the beds. I did not care for the breakfast at this hotel, you need more of a selection without having to special order.

Very clean and neat.
No vending machines.
The location was quiet and the room was quiet, and very clean. I wish that the television selection had more options for children, most of those required payment.

Lots of space to relax.
To far away from downtown.
A little to far away from downtown, but the rooms are nice and big, plenty of space.

The room was very comfortable and safe for young children.
The toilet clogged easily.
Ever since I stayed at the Hyatt in Atlanta, I always try to stay at this brand. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as affordable. I have a one and a three year old and the rooms were kid friendly.

It was very spacious. Very nice TV.
I
didn't like the pool being so cold.
All in all it was a great hotel. Loved the room.
I would recommend it to any one. It had all the things that you would need. Thumbs up. I'll stay in it many more times.

Easy parking.
No microwave, no freezer, only 2 slow elevators for whole hotel, no hardwire internet.
General appearance good, with nice entrance and lobby. A big downside was the elevators. The six floor hotel has only two very slow elevators and the wait for an elevator was excessive. The front desk staff was friendly but difficult to understand and they had to repeat themselves a couple times and sometimes the front desk was abandoned.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We did not realize how far from the center of town the hotel was.
The staff at the front desk made this stay very enjoyable. They were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help.

Easy to get in and out - clean, modern and roomy. Also in good .neighborhood.
Garbage trucks pick-up at shopping center next door at 1:00 am.
This is a nice hotel; friendly staff; nice large rooms; and a good continental breakfast. We learned the second night of our stay to turn the air conditioning fan on high to drown out the garbage pick-up next door in the wee hours of the morning.
