I loved the comfortable pillows and spacious bathroom. Non cigarette smell.
The sink was outside the bathroom in the open. No pool just jacuzzi.

The hotel was a great stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious. The hot water lasted forever. The
TV was great! The ambiance was romantic.

The hotel was very modern and went above and beyond my expectations!

I highly recommend this hotel, even if looking to stay in New Haven. It is only 15 minutes from the Yale campus, and was a very quick and easy commute into New Haven.

Hyatt Place is an excellent Business hotel. All the amenities and very taste deco.
Nothing.

Hyatt Place sets the standard for business travelers. Excellent service, attractive deco, useful amentieis on the property and in the spacious rooms. Even the business friendly food service is great. Bravo Hyatt!

The hotel was clean, attractive and romantic. Made us feel worth more than we spent.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We bought a bottle of wine and had no bottle opener, but we planned on drinking out of the water cups in the hotel. When my boyfriend went down to borrow a wine opener, they gave it to him to bring upstairs along with two wine glasses. They really made our night perfect with the level of kindness. read more

Nothing.

Pleasantly surprised. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Continental breakfast included a good variety. Staff was extremely helpful and courtious. I don't have anything negative to say.

Beds were amazing. 42" Flat Screen, what's not to love!

If the room had a kitchen, I would have thought I was sleeping in an extremely nice and comfortable studio apartment. Well worth the price.

Modern and attractive, good desk space and work area.
Strange odor in the room, inadequate drawer space, sofa was uncomfortable, handicap rated room lacked all handicap needs.
