Total cluster problem in the lobby area - front desk help was not friendly - disorganized.

Front desk help was not friendly - unhelpful. Breakfast was state of chaos - food had run out taking forever for them to replace, had 6 different bread boxes that you could not see in to what they contained so each person had to open them to find out they contained the same 3 things and the 2 toasters were set right by them so 10-15 people are crammed in one area waiting to toast or look in the breadboxes - stupid! Help just seemed to run around - didn't seem to be 1-2 dedicated people running just replenishment. read more

Continental breakfast in the morning, not a good selection, not kept stocked or cleaned up

Overall, we liked this hotel. Great location, nice facility. Would probably return. The only bad thing was the breakfast. The area could not handle the crowd. Therefore, dirty plates were stacked everywhere, garbage was overflowing, etc.

Very nice room, super clean!
The free breakfast wasn't very good. Toast, some fruit, and cereal with warm milk.

Overall it was a great experience. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in suggesting places to eat in town. Room was spotless and seemed huge. The only negative was the breakfast. For how nice the hotel was, one would assume that breakfast would be pretty nice or at least a lot of options. There was cantaloupe, yogurt, bread, and cereal (the milk and yogurt were both warm). Breakfast was served in a small area, so if you went to eat during peak times you may have to wait awhile to get one of the few tables. The positives definitely outweigh the one negative! read more

No Disney channel or Nickelodeon for Kids.

I've stayed at this facility before - love the Mall & Airport Shuttle - friendly staff. Pool is small and can be very full at times.

This is a very nice hotel. It appears to be new or newly updated. I like the suite setup as it is comfortable no matter what time of day.
