Convenient location, good breakfast and a great big TV!
They did not have a phone book in the hotel room.

We loved our little getaway at this hotel. Nice and convenient location to get on and off the interstate. Close to the mall of America.

Very organized.
You could hear everything that was happening and being said in the hallways.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The room was nice just seemed a little cramped with the layout of the couch and the wall and lack of space to place items.

Everything about it was great.

Very happy with this hotel, from the free WiFi to the breakfast and food availability was 24 hours a day.

Only one thing? I liked this hotel a lot.
The room had a window AC/Heater instead of central air. Half the room was cold the other half stuffy.

This hotel was great. Saturday morning we discovered they had forgotten to give us a clean ice bucket. One hour and fifteen minutes later when we left the new one hadn't been delivered. That was the worst thing that happened in the five days we were there. This was a great place and plan on staying there again.

Very nicely decorated rooms, flat screen tv.
I left my expensive pillow in the room and it was never found.

The hotel was very nice. I was however very disappointed that I forgot my pillow in the room and nobody turned it in. So I lost an expensive pillow and a pillow case that matched my bedding.
