The very large room and great breakfast.

The breakfast was way better than I expected and the room looked gorgeous. The hotel toiletries were also wonderful and scented like white ginger. The big screen TV was also really nice. The only complaint that I have is that there was no closet and dresser and there was no iron/ironing board.

The way that the room had a suite feeling.
The beds were too short.

We really liked the room set up. Our son also enjoyed the exercise room immensely. In addition, it was helpful that there were two computers in the lobby area with a printer, as well as Wi Fi throughout the hotel.

No handicapped parking when I arrived late.

The staff was helpful, especially when there was no handicapped parking available, to allow me to park in a loading zone spot. Other parking areas were too far, poorly lit, etc. Having to drag my luggage from those unsafe areas at midnight would have been a pain.
