The room was spacious and had many nice amenities.
Not a thing.

Beautifully
appointed hotel. One of the nicest I have ever stayed. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, the atmosphere was lovely. I would most definitely stay here again.

Clean, well-appointed, and very friendly staff.
The room was quite warm for sleeping. They tried to lower the temp, but were unsuccessful.

The hotel was in a lovely location, on a hill in Mystic. Not walking distance to any major attractions, but close. The room was lovely, large, clean, and well-appointed. The temperature, however was too warm for us. Numerous people attempted to resolve the problem, but my husband felt it was still too warm for sleeping. Once I fell asleep, I didn't notice it. The staff was friendly, helpful with directions, places to eat, and any info we needed. I would stay again, but I don't think my husband would. read more

The room was very large and included a separate living room. The flat panel TV was nice.

Our room was very nice and clean and much larger than expected. The living room area was an unexpected bonus.

It has a traveler friendly lounge and lobby.
Short handed on housekeepers as room did not get cleaned until afternoon.

The staff here was extremely helpful with anything we asked of them. The room was more than we expected with the living room separated from the bedroom.

Staff was very friendly and eager to help.

This hotel was very beautiful. The lobby and rooms were impressive. Even the television was great (large LG flat screen). The bed was comfortable. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. We loved the design of the room. The outdoor heated pool was very basic and very dirty.

Great location, nice pool and fitness room, free continental breakfast, nice flat screen TV.

Clean, newish hotel in great location, near beaches and great restaurants. Large rooms with seating area and convertible queen beds. Large flat screen TV. Wet bars and mini refrigerators.
