Very clean, accomodating, friendly and a great value for the level of excellence.
Parking was a little crowded.

My overall experience was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and in clean. I have stayed at resorts that was more than twice the money that didn't offer a room of this caliber.

Close to the location I needed to be at.
Could hear the hallway noise easily.

Nice hotel. Location good if you want to be in Cool Springs. Rooms ok. Hallway noise a little loud. Nice entertainment system. Good showers. Comfortable for two individuals. Continental breakfast choices quite limited.

I liked that the fact that it had a flat screen TV.
Room did not have a microwave.

Overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting Nashville to check this place out.

Staff was VERY helpful. Especially the cleaning man! He worked ALL the time.
As most hotels/motels. They need to learn to cut the bathroom doors at a height that it will go over the floor towel they give you.

Very clean and modern. Loved every aspect especially the LCD 44inch TV.
Place was too awesome.

Anyone who is going to Nashville should save some money by booking a room at the Hyatt in Brentwood/Franklin area. My wife who can be extremely picky about her comfort, loved this place. I agreed with her on this, it was a top end hotel, with all the things I needed, and was spoiled by it. The internet was fast (especially for a gamer), the TV was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the all out look and feel reminded me of some of the modern builds you'd see in a home on HGTV. I will definitely be returning to this hotel for the rest of my visits to the Nashville area. read more

The decor was fabulous! Very elegant. Looked just like the online pictures.
The fresh fruit at the breakfast bar was not very fresh tasting.

We spent the night of our wedding in this hotel. It was everything I had expected and more! Very nice! Will keep it in mind for future travel! Thank you for a memorable night.

Swimming pool outside...

Very nice hotel with exceptional staff willing to help with directions, etc. Just enjoyed conversing with them...and their "having time" to converse with a guest..

The best thing about this hotel was the friendly staff. Secondly, the location was great.
No DVD player. I was in 2 rooms prior to the one I stayed in and there were some mildew issues.

My stay at the Hilton Place - Cool Springs was very good. There was some problem with a couple rooms that smelled of mildew and strong deodorizer. They quickly put us in a room that was clean and smelled clean. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend it to friends or family.
