126 room hotel with spacious guest room containing a coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a heated outdoor pool and a well equipped fitness center. Located only 12 miles from the Nashville International Airport, 1/2 miles off I65, directly between the sites and sound of Nashville and the abundance of shops at Cool Springs. Our Continental Breakfast Buffet will satisfy the taste buds of each guest in the room. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for any pet discovered in the hotel. Clean, friendly, far enough away from highway. That traffic sound was not a problem. Everyone was friendly and more that willing to help.

Not one of the best Hyatt's that I have stayed in- alittle tired, especially the bathrooms in the rooms - no hot water available and no coffee in the room.

Bad experience, and could not explain in 20 words.

Has a modern feel to it, but is not comfortable. If I had a choice to stay there again, would go somewhere else. Not worth the money for the Hyatt name. All around bad experience.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful above and beyond.
The heater put out a bad odor when we started it. It was probably the first time the heat was put on for a while.

We were impressed with and appreciated the friendliness of the hotel staff. We liked the workout room. There were fresh towels, earphones, and cold water available. The bed and pillows were comfy! The hotel has easy access to the highway and is close to some good stores and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast bar is fresh, well kept and delicious.

Very nice for the price.
You could hear the noise in the hallway in your room.

We stayed here for a girls weekend out. The hotel was decorated very nice, lobby and room was very nice. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff was very nice.

Friendly staff, comfortable furnishings and a big TV.
Exterior lights pointed at the building were too bright.

Nice, and was conveniently located. Pleasant staff. Free computer with internet access just off the lobby. Exterior lights pointed at the building lit up our second-floor rooms like it was daytime. I didn't ask for a different room because it appeared this would be a problem with the whole hotel. Free parking. Restaurants nearby.
