We were given a suite! It was beautiful, spacious and clean.
Absolutely nothing.
We arrived early at 10:00 am and the desk clerk was able to provide us with a room early! I don't think we were supposed to get such a large room, it truly was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Large screen TV, area with a large couch, desk, refrigerator, and spacious bathroom.

When checking in the clerk had to answer the phone and asked to put the caller on hold to finish with me the guest in front of him. Way to go!
We enjoyed our stay. We were greeted promptly, checked in and asked if we needed help to our room. When we came back to the lobby we asked directions to a local restaurant and were given several suggestions within walking distance. The airport shuttle was prompt and courteous in the morning. An overall pleasant stay.

Very peaceful, helpful with my luggage & Cain. in terrible pain & was going to airport stayed overnight. Beautiful rooms.
I'm a senior on disability & I couldn't get my foot over bathtub, they need to have more showers.
The breakfast wasn't good at all & coffee made me sick. I had some of my food thank god. This is the best hotel at a low low price.

Hotel is situated minutes from Orlando International Airport. Quick response to shuttle transportation request. Room was beyond expectations for what I paid on Priceline.

Check-in was a mess, not enough staff, staff wasn't friendly or helpful.
As a former guest of Amerisuites which The Hyatt Place was remodeled from, I was pleased with all the upgrade renovations. The entire hotel was clean, safe, and spacious. While I didn't use the amenities such as the pool or fitness center, the lobby was very clean and welcoming. However, the hotel staff upon check-in was nowhere to be found. Once we located someone to assist in checking us in, it was a 25 minute delay because the computer system - according to the front desk clerk - decided to update the hotel system causing the delay. Nonetheless, the room was very comfortable and spacious although we did not locate a hairdryer which we thought the rooms would have handy. Check-out was much easier, smoother, and faster. Breakfast on Sunday was a delight as we were pleased to see that we could order more than continental breakfast for a fee (well worth it too, plenty of food and very fresh tasting!). Would like to stay here again. read more

It was an overnight stop over and we appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport. Mike the night manager was extremely helpful and courteous.
The air conditioner was the type that cycled off and on throughout the night. This occasionally woke me up.
This location is close to the airport and is very clean and safe with very modern electronics in the room. Our room was equipped with a wet bar and refrigerator as well as a sitting room to watch the flat screen digital TV. A free continental breakfast was provided or you could order from a touch screen menu for you choice of a hot breakfast. The staff was very pleasant, prompt and helpful. Comfortable and courteous would be the words to describe our stay. read more
