Well-placed near major attractions, the hotel is 20 minutes from Universal Studios and 25 minutes from Walt Disney. Only service animals are accepted. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for any pet discovered in the hotel, other than service animals. read more

Scaled down continental breakfast.

Overall, a very good deal. Location to airport is excellent. Will be traveling to area again in February, I am planning a stay there. Staff was very friendly and helpful with area attractions and dining options.

Cold pool.

Overall nice hotel, no problems encountered except cold unheated pool. Gym was great.

Hotel is situated minutes from Orlando International Airport. Quick response to shuttle transportation request. Room was beyond expectations for what I paid on Priceline.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable, and spacious rooms.
Check-in was a mess, not enough staff, staff wasn't friendly or helpful.

As a former guest of Amerisuites which The Hyatt Place was remodeled from, I was pleased with all the upgrade renovations. The entire hotel was clean, safe, and spacious. While I didn't use the amenities such as the pool or fitness center, the lobby was very clean and welcoming. However, the hotel staff upon check-in was nowhere to be found. Once we located someone to assist in checking us in, it was a 25 minute delay because the computer system - according to the front desk clerk - decided to update the hotel system causing the delay. Nonetheless, the room was very comfortable and spacious although we did not locate a hairdryer which we thought the rooms would have handy. Check-out was much easier, smoother, and faster. Breakfast on Sunday was a delight as we were pleased to see that we could order more than continental breakfast for a fee (well worth it too, plenty of food and very fresh tasting!). Would like to stay here again. read more
