Located outside the main terminal of the Orlando Int'l Airport, Hyatt provides one the most convenient locations. Well-placed near major attractions, the hotel is 20 minutes from Universal Studios and 25 minutes from Walt Disney. Only service animals are accepted. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for any pet discovered in the hotel, other than service animals. read more

Very spacious and updated.
Toilet wasn't' cleaned well.

Very attentive staff. Nice spacious rooms. Appeared clean but found toilet seat wasn't cleaned well. Nice breakfast though children disappointed that there were no sweets like donuts. They did have cereal, English muffins, bagels, yogurt and fruit. They will have Starbucks coffee available for sale soon.

Some staff made us feel like we weren't good enough to be staying there.

The place was great they could really use some umbrellas at the pool, and a smoking area, we are still people.

The hotel provides a hot breakfast. With four people, that adds to the savings.
The hotel shuttle stops running at 11pm. We arrived after that time and had to take a cab.

I have stayed with this hotel chain before. They will give you a room with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. If you want two double beds and still the sleeper sofa you will pay an additional $10.00. I was traveling with my mom and my 2 teenage children so I just kept the king bed and sleeper sofa.

The pool was nice. Hotel desk help was wonderful.
They are remodeling and the place is noisy and messy.

This hotel was going through some remodeling so it was noisy and pretty dusty.

Front desk staff made sure I knew shuttle wasn't an option for my 0500 flight.
Shuttle to airport is not 24 hours doesn't operate midnight to 0500.
