the staff was the best and took care of us as if we were their own family.
there was nothing at all to dislike
We will be staying again when we are in the area. My sister and I had the best time when we were there and enjoyed the staff so much. Our room was so comfortable and kept clean to our satisfactions. Your front desk staff had us laughing all the time and the handy man was a riot. Couldn't say enough about the staff that you have there. Any question we had they found the answer for us and got directions and rides if we needed them. A big thank you to them for taking care of us while we stayed there. We will definately reccommend the Hyatt to everyone we know to stay there. read more

Good location, nice room, nice TV.
They did not clean my room, and it was too late.
Overall good, the only issue
I had was that
housekeeping forgot to clean my room. I came in at 11:00 pm and the front desk had to bring me towels. I expected a Hyatt to have been better with housekeeping issues. That was the only issue otherwise the hotel was great.

Hvac in wall.
Rooms are well designed with work area and fridge. Sofa is well placed to utilise all the space. Good breakfast.

The rooms were incredible and the service superb!
No shuttle to Disney parks but its understandable as they are a universal partner.
My stay at this hotel was incredible from the warm reception I received upon entering to the moment I left for my shuttle back to the airport. I have stayed at posh 4 star hotels many times and never received as good of service as I did from this hotel. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

The AC located next to the bed - too noisy at night.
Great hotel - nice suite-like set up with a separate sitting area and a bedroom. Small fridge in the room was great.
