Rooms and beds are 5-star with free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The free breakfast is superb. The staff kept the hotel spotless. Free parking and no resort fees.

The hotel was clean and very new looking.
The room smelled like smoke and no other rooms were available.

Bathroom door opened too tightly into commode.
Excellent motel. One of the nicest I have stayed in, especially for the accepted offer.

Very comfy bed & silky linen really hugged me to a good night sleep.

I had a one night post cruise stay at this hotel and I wish I could have stayed longer before I flew back home. This is a very clean and modernly decorated hotel with adequate amenities. Parking is free. They have a 32" LCD TV in the room (unlike the other 4 star we stayed in, they had a 30" tube TV). Self parking is free. They have on site restaurant and kid menu but we didn't try. Lobby staff was friendly but we did run into a grumpy housekeeper on our way to check out. Overall I liked my stay at this hotel and I would definitely book it again. read more

The staff was the nicest I have ever encountered.
Great place to stay if you are visiting Universal Studios. The staff at the hotel is extremely nice and take a special interest in making sure that you feel welcome at thier hotel. Rooms are spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend it to families or business travelers.
