We liked the fact that the location was very convenient.
We did not like the fact the a 24oz soda was three dollars.
Rooms are very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was nice to go out for the day and come back to room that was clean and fresh.

Starbucks Chai Tea with the morning breakfast.
The hotel room restroom was very
small.
Overall we had a great experience. I enjoyed the use of hotel computers while my husband used wireless connection in the room. The pool looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit confusing as to what was the check in desk and the breakfast area spilled into the lobby. However that did not prove to be a problem for us. Some mornings we took breakfast to our room. Although they didn't encourage that, no one said anything when we did. read more

Free WIFI, big screen TV, free starbucks.
Would have liked more selection at breakfast, air could have been colder, hallways hot and muggy.
The hotel was very visually appealing from the lobby, to the dining area, to the rooms. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful they even gave us a mini tour upon arrival. The rooms were spacious. The beds were only full sized beds, but the pull out sofa helped with that. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa was decent. Wifi and big screen TV were great. There were two phones in the room, one was cordless. This would have been great, except that the cordless phone was on low battery the whole time. The hotel was generous with their breakfast policy dishes could be taken up to the room. Free Starbucks in the morning in a real coffee cup or a disposable couldn't beat that. The air conditioner in the room could have been a bit cooler. The halls were warm and humid. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely use this hotel again. read more

The rooms were large and clean.
This place is great. Across the street from Universal studios. The pool is heated and they have free internet.

It was close to universal park.
The housekeeping was bad and front desk was rude.
They are a rude bunch of people behind the counter at the front desk. Just try and let them know there is a problem with something. I got dirty looks and rolling eye balls. The house keeping staff was a joke to! No towels, dirty sheets, no clean glasses. And hey. To top it all off the pool water was turning green.

The rooms were very nice and spacious.
They had all the employees eating the breakfast till gone.
The hotel was under construction but the rooms were very nice and spacious but bathrooms very small. The employee at the desk could not help me with directions to the hotel while I was traveling. The employees were allowed to eat the breakfast during serving time finishing all and leaving quite a mess.
