Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very nicely decorated, close to mall.
The lunch bar sandwiches were $10.00 for a little pre made sandwich.

It
was in a great location, quiet, but close to the Freeway, and close to a mall, and some other shopping. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was restful and clean and had a great
TV and little coffee bar. Our children liked it.

Pool was not convenient.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were beautifully appointed and clean as well as functional.

Room was great and staff was very friendly.
Maid didn't pick up and replace dirty glasses when cleaning room.

The rooms in this hotel are large and very attractive, with a great plasma TV in each room. I didn't think that would be that important but it was. The continental breakfast was average, but the staff was outstanding.

The rooms were attractive and comfortable for private and public moments.
The new continental breakfast is a joke white bread? The pool area needs an overhaul.

The lobby welcomes the traveler as does a smiling and friendly staff, with a warm color palette throughout the lobby, and attractive seating areas. The rooms are arranged to provide privacy in the bedroom area, while still allowing a comfortable sitting area for guests. The food does not live up to the quality of the rooms, and the pool area flooring is broken up and unattractive. The pool itself is too cold to swim for exercise or leisure. There are no vending machines so one is obligated to go down to the lobby for late night refreshments which wasn't helpful. The fact that the entire hotel had Wi-Fi was a wonderful amenity. read more
