I loved the room, it was prefect, roomy, and very clear. Very comfortable.
I seemed to have gotten the one room whose key did not work (#303). Had to wait in hall for a long time.

From the moment I entered to the moment I left, I felt comfortable and at home. All staff members were helpful and very friendly. Everything about the hotel was pleasant and clean.

Clean hotel and very nice rooms for the price, Friendly staff.
Could not find any faults.

This is a very nice hotel, this was my second trip to Phoenix and I stayed at this hotel during both trips. The rooms were nicely furnished and the staff was super great and friendly. I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in town.

This was our first stay at Hyatt. We were both impressed with the Quality of service. The room was elegant, the breakfast great, and the staff met and exceeded our expectations. Great place to stay! Pricelines cost for this room will get us back again.

The staff was the best, rooms the best, and food was
the best.
The loud noise from the freeway.

Everything about this hotel was 10+ except the freeway noise and the bathtub being so low. I asked for a disable room because we are both disable from back problems. But staff was so nice and friendly, the rooms are set so nice and easy off and on for the freeway. I wish all the hotels we stay at were this nice and reasonable we loved everything.
