Clean hotel and very nice rooms for the price, Friendly staff.
Could not find any faults.

This is a very nice hotel, this was my second trip to Phoenix and I stayed at this hotel during both trips. The rooms were nicely furnished and the staff was super great and friendly. I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in town.

This was our first stay at Hyatt. We were both impressed with the Quality of service. The room was elegant, the breakfast great, and the staff met and exceeded our expectations. Great place to stay! Pricelines cost for this room will get us back again.

The room was very comfortable and modern.
The pool was under construction.

The hotel was great!! We were only staying for one night, but it was a lovely stay. The pool was under construction, but they offered us a pass to another hotel's pool if we wanted.

The breakfast selection was limited.

I had surgery in Phoenix, and had to spend the night. I felt the room was clean, the set up was ideal for my needs and it was a welcoming environment.
