Great room and TV.
Couldn't find ice on my floor and the complimentary breakfast was bad: lousy fruit, burnt toast, cheap bagels and bread, no muffins or danish.

This hotel was fantastic except for the lousy breakfast situation as mentioned. Even it's layout was confusing and hard to use, and it was unclear what you had to pay for and what was free.

The room was large and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was just okay.

Freindly staff, even when we checked in at 3:00 A.M. The room was large and easily accomodated myself and 2 adult size teenage boys. The pillows were excellent!

Very nice place. Room was large with flat screen TV. small fridge and large "living" area was very nice. granite countertops, designer faucets. The Hyatt bed and bedding was the same as in a Hyatt Resort full service hotel. Top quality.

Rooms were big and well equiped for todays technology.

Rooms are very large and well designed. Nice panel of inputs and outputs for TV and computer. Easy to recharge all the kids electronics. Free breakfast is light, additional items made fresh for reasonable cost. At most hotels pool maintenance is terrible, the pool was well maintained, water was clear and clean.

Room quality was excellent, loved it.
Waffle maker needed for breakfast.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, so clean! Staff was helpful and friendly. Large flat screen TV, plus sectional pull-out sofa, comfortable beds, continental breakfast with yogurt and fresh fruit. My daughter wanted a waffle maker though(our only complaint). This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.

Excellent location and modern facility, flat screen TV, comfortable beds.
Dirty dishes were not removed when the room was cleaned the first day.

I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and also the most comfortable beds. They were the best.
