Hyatt Place is an exciting and innovative new select service hotel offering more of what is important to todays travelers. Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features a self-registration kiosk, an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. Guests at Hyatt Place will also enjoy a free continental breakfast each morning and can purchase freshly prepared menu items, premium espresso drinks, or beer and wine 24 hours a day. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for any pet discovered in the hotel. Service animals are always welcome. read more

Super clean, tastefully decorated, great and helpful staff.
Breakfast was great but hot chocolate would have been nice.

Best place to stay in Plano, Texas. Super clean & smells nice. Plasma TV and decorated very tastefully. Front desk is very friendly and when my card key failed to work, the lady at the front desk recoded the card key and walked upstairs to make sure I got into he room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Love the room and bed!
Security was none. Side glass busted in car and gps stolen. Not happy!

Have always loved this hotel!! Everything perfect except car getting broken into so saved by using priceline but out way more to replace glass in SUV and replacing gps. Will always use priceline but may up the hotel rating next time.

This is an excellent hotel for the amount money I paid. The room was very spacious. the bed was extremely big and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. A wonderful hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the free continental breakfast.
Tried to order a movie and it wasn't coming through clear.

Free breakfast with bagels, English muffins, and cereal, and fruit. Free cable with HBO, also order movies that are still in theaters. Starbucks coffee, huge beds, friendly staff.

Very clean, courteous, convenient, room well appointed.
Starbucks coffee at breakfast way too strong and I'm a coffee lover.

Excellent choice for traveling with children.
LCD TV a bonus. Exercise room well used by my athletic daughter. Staff was
very courteous. Proximity to Dallas tollway made getting around a pleasure.

Location, large rooms amd large flat screen TV.
They put away breakfast with people in line to eat.

Large rooms, comfy beds. Wonderful large flat screen TV. I liked the self check in system. The only negative I experienced is the staff began putting away breakfast items while people were in line to get their food. It was 10:00, but I found this extremely rude.

Night clerk was very helpful and nice - set great expectations for stay.
Continental breakfast was winding down & gal from kitchen made loud & rude comments about breaking down station regardless if people were still eating.

Lovely room and decor was very modern. My children thought it was the nicest hotel they'd ever stayed in.

Room arrangement with separate area for couch; 42" TV.
Sofa sheet was stained (Coke) but was replaced; phone wasn't plugged in properly.

The Hyatt was very different from other places we've stayed. It had a modern decor and great room arrangement. The pull-out couch and desk area had slight room divider from king bed. Yet, both areas could easily see the big 42" TV. In the kitchen area, they used real plates and silverware.
