The bed was incredibly comfortable!
It was hard to find from the address; it's not visible from the road. We actually found it through the back entrance.

The rooms are lovely; not your typical hotel "cube," and have an Asian flavor. Half-walls and screens are used to break up and separate the sleeping and sitting, vanity and work station areas. Very comfortable and sparkling clean.

Room was so nice! So were the accommodations in the room.
The pool is outdoors only. I was hoping for an indoors pool or hot tub.

The hotel was everything I expected. Clean, friendly service, good breakfast food (although the fruit wasn't that fresh) and I loved my room!

Great rooms - clean and extremely well designed with
huge TV's. Staff was friendly and helpful. Automated food options were a bit confusing but it it was nice to have the ability to access food or drinks in the lobby at any time.

Excellent customer service from everyone we encountered.
Very small bathroom, no jacuzzi tub, no microwave.

For this level of hotel, continental breakfast should be better - protein choice for diabetics, coffee selection other than bold variety of pastries. Need additional place to hang wet towels in bathroom. Nonetheless, we were very pleased with the customer service from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was exceptionally nice and accommodating. We will return in the future. read more
