It was a great location near airport and shopping with lots of food nearby.
Hard to locate the drive way into the hotel.

Great place to stay, near airport, and shopping as well as lots of place to eat from fast food to restaurants. This is a wonderful place great staff and wonderful rooms. I think my first apartment was smaller than our hotel room.

The staff was excellent. I was expecting a fax and the staff informed me as soon as it came in.
Absolutely nothing.

The location was convenient to the highway, shopping and restaurants. The lobby was gorgeous and clean. The staff was courteous and excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the rooms felt nicer than 3 star quality.
The hotel did not provide any free hot breakfast items.

This hotel exceeds the 3-star experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the decor is modern, and the entire hotel is kept exceptionally clean.

No bath tub, only a shower and no shower cap provided. Glasses/cups not sealed. Questionable cleaness of thes glasses.

Room layout and furnishings were excellent; extremely hard pillows.

The hotel room was modern, spacious and very nice.
The hotel night staff were very rude. The day staff was great.

They kept telling us the shuttle was either on its way or at the airport, but it took about an hour for them to actually show up. The night staff was very rude and not helpful and kept insisting the shuttle was at baggage claim waiting for us, but it was not. I think he was on a smoke break or something.

Excellent location ijust off interstate. In a mall with everthing..!
Windows do not open.. room gets dry.. bring a small humidifyer.

What can I say.. Clean, quiet, simple breakfast, helpful. Very pleasant and helpful staff, both day and night. Mattress hard enough to sleep on. Refer in room was an added touch. Shower even on the 7th floor had good pressure. Usable weight room with treadmill, elipticle, cycle, machines and free weights.
