Enjoy complimentary hotel-wide wireless high-speed Internet and continental breakfast buffet. Heated indoor pool, exercise room with cardiovascular eqipment. Three blocks to the largest mall in S.W. Virginia, Valley View Mall. 5 minutes off I-81 on I-581 exit 3E on Hershberger Road. 13 restaurants very near or within walking distance. Close to local companies and businesses, civic centers, and downtown. Everything is 5-20 minutes away. Located 1 mile for the Roanoke Municipal Airport. 1104 square feet of meeting space. The staff was fantastic; helpful and friendly.
Nothing, it was a great hotel.

The staff was great going so far as to help me pick the right outfit for a presentation. The location, amenities, overall look and cleanliness was fantastic.

I love the room set-up, a microwave would have completed it.
None.

The hotel was more than I expected, which was wonderful! I loved the ante-room , the living-room set-up. I just hope it will be more pet-friendly. Pets are part of the family, you know.

Rooms were stylish, functional and cleverly laid-out.
Too much commotion in lobby during Continental Breakfast.....people eating in areas where they normally wouldn't be....congestion at front door area.

All in all I would say that these were very good accomodations at a good price. I am planning on staying there again on future trips if I can secure good rates again. Hotle staff was friendly, helpful and smartly dressed.

Room layout and decor.
Tub was dingy.

I was pleasurably surprised by the remodel. It was totally different from the Amerisuites that it used to be. The decor was contemporary, comfortable and attractive. I will definitely stay there again!

It was very nice and elegant.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. It met all my needs as well as desires. Room was spacious and allowed me and my guest to have our space. The 42 inch TV that was HD was a great unexpected bonus. I am totally convinced that this hotel will he one of my favorites from here on.
