Layout of room, Cleanliness and hotel staff.
The pool was very uninviting for the price of the room.

The hotel itself was great for family travel with older children because of the layout and cleanliness of the room. I dropped my diamond ring down the drain and the staff responded very quickly to retrieve it. They could not have been nicer!

Husband and I needed a great price and easy access to airport for a 5 am flight. We checked in around 8pm so weren't able to try complimentary evening wine and breakfast. No complaints whatsoever for our brief stay.

As with all hotels, ridiculous price on food and beverage.

Prompt friendly greeting, quick check in, clean room, great amenities. Great for a quick romantic get away, probably not the best for young children. Convenient location right next to the loop-close to many fun attractions.
