No help yourself pot of coffee available in lobby.
The desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean which is always a big plus in my book.

It was elegant and the ambiance was great.
The hotel was a wonderful experience. From our first step into the lobby, we knew that quality was going to be the expectation here. The staff also made it an even nice experience.

It was a clean hotel. The room was bright and spacious.
I was trying to locate a phone book. I did not like the fact that the local paper was not available.
I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. The room was spacious and bright. I especially liked the fact that there was a refrigerator in the room. The staff was friendly, warm, and inviting.

Beautiful hotel! First room I got was noisy. They happily changed me to a very quiet room. I loved this hotel. It is my favorite!

Great hotel,
beautiful lobby and
rooms.
Hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful. Hotel was beautiful. Room was clean. AC unit was a bit loud and there is a restaurant nearby that had very loud music blaring all evening.

Clean bath & bed/linens, comfortable bed, and overall nice hotel.
Nothing I did not like.
The hotel is surprisingly classy, considering the typical exterior. Rooms were very spacious, and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Location and beds were perfect.
Nothing.
Perfect to shop and see everything in San Antonio. I have stayed in SA many times and nothing was more perfect than this hotel. Great beds and location.
