Not able to take shower for entire 1st day.
The hotel was nice enough. We stayed on Thanksgiving night after spending a day playing outside with family and spending the evening inside with many smokers - hopeful to get a nice shower and a place to rest from the day we arrived to find the hot water completely not working. They were aware of the problem (but didn't mention it when we checked in) and did not get it fixed until the next morning. They were not apologetic at all. We were VERY unhappy with their response to the situation. read more

Great staff. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Good dining nearby.
Nothing to dislike.
Booked two rooms. Great staff put us on a high floor and gave us exactly what we requested, one king one double bed. Plenty of room for the 4 year old to spread out. 42" flat screen tv. Very clean. Whole hotel smelled great. Great rooms. even better service.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was, considering the price they accepted us for.

little trouble in getting the door to our room to lock.
Great place to stay. Convenient. Would recommend to anyone. Great continental breakfast. Very clean with the latest in upgrades. Very nice room. The best thing of all- had a Gideon Bible in the drawer! Way to go management!

Superb overall hotel. Menu doesn't have a lot of choices but dining is closely available. The staff at the hotel is the nicest I have ever had an experience with! They provided the best customer service I have ever recieved.

One of the nicest 3 star hotels I have stayed at.
Make sure you update your GPS before you go. The street name was changed recently.
A very clean hotel that provides nice amenities and large rooms that serves both family and business travelers well. An open and spacious lobby greets guest and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful for every need we had.

We had stayed at a Hyatt Place in Ft. Worth this past spring and had been disappointed. The San Antonio location was great and met our needs very well. We loved the fact that they provided breakfast and had a heated pool.
