Complimentary Parking. Complimentary Continental Breakfast. City or River View rooms include mini refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The bedroom and living area are separated by a half wall to offer semi-privacy. The 42in HDTV is in the center of the room for viewing capability from the cozy corner or Hyatt Grand Bed area. Just a short walk to the enjoyment of fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. We are on the corner of Durango & St. Mary's Street. Riverwalk access is right out our backdoor, and within 5 minutes you are in the entertainment and dining area plus the Riverboat rides. Walking distance to the King William Historic District, Convention Center, Children's Museum, La Villita, Arneson River Theater, RiverCenter Mall, the Alamo and much more! Other nearby attractions include Witte Museum, San Antonio Zoo and SBC Center. We are only a 15 minute drive to SeaWorld of Texas or Six Flags Fiesta Texas! WI-FI available. Nearby companies include HEB, Federal Building & US Courts Training Center, SBC, CPS, Nortel, Bank of America, Booz-Allen, Valero - 4 miles, Wells Fargo-4 miles, Fort Sam Houston-4 miles, Boeing - 7 miles, Lockheed Martin- 7 miles, Kelly USA-7 miles, Lackland AFB -7 miles, Brooks City Base 5-miles, & Toyota Motor Manufacturing-Texas, Inc - 10 miles, Randolph AFB-14 miles. The friendly attitude of the hotel employees.
There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

1. Very clean 2. Very friendly, helpful employees 3. Walking distance to Riverwalk/Market 4. Free parking 5. Continental breakfast 6. Big screen HD TV - what's not to like?

The location was not to far from the heart of things on the river walk. The rooms were big and very clean, The hotel staff were awesome, very helpful and friendly.

The location was wonderful.

The hotel was exactly what it looked like on the internet pics. The staff was friendly and even suggested some great local restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Free parking, rare in San Antonio. Nice breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff. High quality flat screen TV was nice. Short walk out back Riverwalk.
Bathroom was small.

Easy to find. Nicer than I expected for the price. It is not exactly on the Riverwalk. You can however go directly out the back door and walk along the sidewalk to the attractions(shops, restaurants, bars, etc.) of the Riverwalk. It is about 1 mile. They do not have a restaurant. They do have a place that you can grab a good deli sandwich, chips, snacks etc., 24 hours per day. They do have a small bar that serves beer / wine only. It is nice. This property is 3 stars. I say 3.5! Overall an excellent value. read more

It was very clean.
Understaffed, hard to get help at the bar because they also worked the front desk.

Clean hotel. Nice complimentary breakfast. Staff was polite but the hotel was understaffed. The hotel was busy and there were just 2 people on staff to handle the bar area and all of the people checking in/out.

bit of a walk, about a couple of blocks, to the happening part of town.

The Hyatt was an all around nice place to stay at, it was just off the Riverwalk. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond. The rooms were very roomy for the two person room we had. Internet connections with WiFi was very easy to set up and use, just like I was at home.

This was a very friendly hotel. It had a very comfortable feel about it. The staff would always be at the door when you walked in to greet you.
