Location to university.

Better than expected for the price. Hotel was located in the center of the retail district which was great for dining and night life. Also, transportation to Notre Dame University was very accessible and inexpensive.

Newness of the hotel.
Staff was not very attentive.

Rooms were great very clean and new lobby was very modern. Staff was lacking in ambition. I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in.

The room was gorgeous! Very comfy bed and I loved the shower.
The continental breakfast did not have much variety; yogurt, doughnuts, and cereal. Very small bathroom.

Overall it was a great establishment. Beautiful room and lobby. Wish there would have been maybe a honeymoon suite or at least a Jacuzzi in the room, something romantic anyways. Courteous staff and workers.

Loved the European style and cleanliness. They had it down to the rooms, ambiance, breakfast (without tons of Styrofoam and paper), the lobby music, then telephones, etc. Just loved it.

Very modern facility.

It has a very modern feel. Sectional couch in the room, Flat Screen TV, Waterfall Shower. Lots of space. Staff was helpful and friendly.

It was new.
The fan in the bathroom would flap during the night.

The size and set up of the room was excellent. We had a nice size sofa for relaxing and a desk to work at with a lap top.

The hotel was the nicest hotel
I have ever stayed and I travel for business and travel very often. The big flat screen was a great surprise.

Very spacious, unbelievably accommodating staff, loved the 42" HD TV.
Can't think of one thing.

We would have liked to have had a microwave in our room but the staff was more than happy to pop our movie popcorn for us! Loved this hotel and plan to return next year for our shopping trip.
