The staff were polite and the hotel was very clean.
The space in the halls were very tight.
The hotel set - up is very professional; along with the staff. The rooms and the remaining areas of the hotel are maintained, throughout each day.

Great staff and business traveler plus.
For the business traveler, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed in. Wireless and Starbucks how can you go wrong. And, 42 plasma too! Nice place.

Great staff did go out of their way to help.
Poor parking, not enough seating in continental breakfast.
Rooms are nice well acquainted though they do not have microwaves and the
TV is in an odd location between two rooms. No hot foods on breakfast bar unless you want to pay big money. Staff is professional and location is great.

The staff was truly excellent even when the fire alarm went off!
They really needed to redo the bathrooms with the rest of the rooms.

Room seemed like an upscale condo.
I was very pleased with this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The room was modern and reminded me of staying in a downtown condo. Starbucks in lobby and computers/printers were available. Friendly, efficient staff, very safe and close to Busch Gardens and all of Tampa.
