Good location. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good and you can have complimentary regular STARBUCKS coffee and other non-complimentary STARBUCKS drinks, muffins and cookies.

The price.
I negotiated a price of $40 per night which was absolutely fantastic, considering that I paid $159 per night, to stay at the same hotel a few months earlier. The room was clean, the free breakfast was edible and the hotel is a few minutes from Busch Gardens. Overall well worth the price I negotiated!

Spacious room with couch and free wireless internet access.
I would've liked the beds to be separated in a another room from the couch for those that want to sleep with others still up.

The staff was delightful the atmosphere was pleasant food was great.
The iron did not work, leaking water, and ruined my clothes.
I enjoyed my stay
at the Hyatt Place. I would definitely stay again. The staff was phenomenal. The room was nice and cozy. Besides the mishap with the iron my stay was pleasant.
