The staff and the wonderful breakfast
no hair dryer
Would stay again. The hotel is clean, smells great and the staff is friendly. They promote a "green" philosophy too.

Staff was friendly, lobby was clean, rooms clean and large size.
Elevators slow. Old style AC unit was loud, not central AC.
I would stay again. Close to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Restaurants close. Staff was extremely friendly and gave lobby tour. 24 food service available also. Beer, wine and Starbucks available at mini lobby bar. Good continental breakfast including Starbucks coffee. Fridge in room.

Spacious clean room. Friendly staff.
The price of the room received by using Priceline made the experience a great value. I doubt that I would pay the usual price for the room for this hotel.

I enjoyed the large screen TV and the size of the room!
Very nice hotel located close to USF and Busch Gardens. Very friendly staff and clean large rooms. I enjoyed the express check-in and check-out. The continental breakfast was very nice they even had a hot breakfast available for an additional cost. I would definitely stay there again.

Like the wet bar area and large flat screen that moves to either the bedroom area or the lounge area. We now have stayed this hotel due to the layout.
Someone kept the window open so the floor was wet near the AC unit. Don't think the maid knew this was done.
Awesome layout and space. Great to have a wet bar and also lounge area with huge flat screen TV.

The hotel was newly renovated and clean.
There was nothing that I did not like - it was great.
Our stay was wonderful - we made last minute plans and the hotel was an incredibly pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast and Starbucks coffee!
