Classy mid-size elegant value hotel, handy location, super staff!
Encourage staff to wear name tags because one meets many excellent ones.
After staying several times, my wife and I really feel at home here. It is handy to Busch Gardens and The Moffitt Cancer Center. The rooms are large and comfortable, quiet, large flat TVs. There is a pool and workout center. A fresh complimentary breakfast with Starbucks coffee offers a good morning start. Staff just cannot do enough for you. We think it is an excellent value. A shuttle van to The Moffitt would be a nice touch. read more

Neat and clean.
Breakfast was terrible, should have had hot things.
Easy access, no shuttle service, parking good, very relaxed and
free breakfast was poor, should have had free eggs, sausage or waffles, green apples for baking-not eating.

Nice spacious, clean room with everything I needed.
The shower was not very good. No water pressure. I expected more.

The room had a separate lounging/reading/desk area so that not
all activities had to be on the beds.
Very contemporary in concept and service. The included breakfast was ample. The mini-deli & bar is a no frills, but suits the purpose. I enjoyed taking my eats & drinks out or to the room and not being trapped by a time-consuming full service restaurant.

Cleanliness, great mattress.
Lacking info on good nearby restaurants.
I would stay there again and recommend to anyone going to Busch Gardens.

The space within the room was well allocated. Nice decor.
The continental breakfast had nice variety -- three kinds of fruit, cereal, juice beagles, etc.; but it was always the same.
We were greeted and given a tour of the common areas and services by the desk clerk. Our check in took a bit of time apparently because of an unduly complicated computer screen program. The grounds were nicely landscaped and the room was quite comfortable, especially nice was the 42" flat screen, HD, TV with an easy to reach, full panel of input connections beside the desk. We could have used a microwave in addition to the safe and the minifrige. The outdoor pool was an agreeable temperature and appeared well maintained. We would stay there again. read more

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
There is absolutely nothing I didn't like.
I have to stay in the Tampa area two weekends of every month so that my husband can attend college classes. I feel safe when I am there alone all day. The staff is always courteous and eager to make sure I am well taken care of. It is so comfortable it's almost like I get two mini vacations each month.
