Asked for a free upgrade - it was available & we got it!
Nothing.

Hotel is in an excellent location for Alaphretta, GA. Convenient to all -- staff was friendly and very willing to please. Large flat screen HDTV in our room was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast bar (free) was adequate but had no hot food items ie: eggs, meat, etc. Beds (mattress) were excellent!

The room decor and the staff was amazing. Some of the best that I've ever had.
The doors are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway. More than normal.

Great service. Great food. Great rooms. Stay here.

The room was just great. Everything was clean, new, and spacious. 42" LCD panel TV! Will be back for sure.
Could use an Ice machine on 1st floor. No biggie.

This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Big statement, but true. The room has a suite style layout to it. Very clean, and everything seemed to be fairly new. Large couch on one side of "suite" divided by a wall, then the comfortable king size bed. The large 42" LCD Flat Panel TV is viewable from both locations. The "suite" setup was what stood out the most. read more

The decor was very modern and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was professional - in dress and attitude.
The bathroom area was nice, but a little tight

Very nice hotel- with a wonderful and very helpful staff! The rooms are comfortable and very modern in their decor. The room was more like a suite...with the feel of a little apartment, instead of a traditional hotel room. The beds are plush and very comfortable. Loved the large flat-screen TV and the variety of plug-ins to hook up DVD/VCR's and computer equipment to the screen... nice for entertainment/and would be useful for small business presentations. read more

Large sitting area, comfortable layout, bar and frig, large flat screen TV.
Noisy elevator.

The hotel was in a good location to shopping and provided shuttle to public transportation. Rooms are large and very comfortable with nice amenities. Breakfast area was exceptional. Only complaint was at first we were located next to the annoyingly loud elevator. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The price!
The bathroom was small, similar to an RV's in size.

The location and public areas of this hotel are great. The bed is comfortable and always clean. The only downside my stay was the staff's unwillingness to help at all. I stayed for three nights, and every night I was forced to go downstairs to speak with someone, because no one manned the phones. Housekeeping was another disappointment, they never vacuumed the room, didn't replace towels on the floor, didn't empty trash cans. They did however make the bed with the same sheets, every night. I requested new items every night, but I guess that fell on deaf ears. read more

The friendly staff and beautiful rooms.
Nothing we didn't like.

I love this hotel! We had such a great experience the last visit we made a point to come back to this hotel when returning to the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms are HUGE and gorgeous. We would DEFINITELY stay there again.
