The wonderful staff and the cleanliness.
Nothing.

From the bellmen to the food and beverage manager, this place is first rate. All employees were well trained and helpful. It was a swell experience!

The appearance of the hotel.
The pool was outdoors, had to pay for parking.

We had never stayed at this hotel in the ABQ area. Overall we had a great experience, staff was friendly and professional, rooms were decent. The only bad thing was that the swimming pool was outside and the weather was rather cold.

Convenient to Downtown, great views from rooms.
Not as clean as expected from 3 star.

The staff was great. The room was not as clean as we expected from a 3 star hotel. We found hair in our room, on the bed, the chair, in the shower, but the most disgusting was a hair in the coffee maker. When we complained to the manager she comp'd our extras (breakfast, parking, etc.). The room was comfortable and the views were great.

Everything about it.
Had to pay for parking, but that's Downtown for you!

We liked the fact that there were nice restaurants and shopping in the hotel, that was a big plus. The hotel was very clean and orderly, we were very satisfied with our room. Another plus was that we had a nice view of Albuquerque from our room.

The view was great.
The room was like any other hotel not anything fancy.

I was disappointed in the room. The view was great like I said but the room looked like a 2 star room nothing different.

Lobby area was very beautiful. Loved the coffee shop and paper.The rooms though were just average. Location of hotel is perfect for downtown events, restaurants and night life.

It was very beautiful and well kept.
It cost an extra $12 a night for parking.

Overall we had a pleasant stay, a little difficult to find at first.
