Hyatt's are always nice. We enjoy staying at them.
Room not as updated as most Hyatt's.

Nice room needed to be a little updated compared to other Hyatt's.

The hotel was clean and very lovely. The staff was very friendly.
There was not enough space for the roll away bed with the room that was provided to us. The price paid for parking the vehicle overnight was high.

This was a great hotel. I would stay there again. Parking was a bit expensive and the space in the room was not planned very well.

Close to the zoo.
No free parking.

Good place to stay if you drive a small car and use the valet.

The staff, cleanliness of room, maid service was outstanding. WOW!
What was there nothing to not like.

My son and I had a short stay before leaving to see his brother (my older son) before deploying to Iraq next week. The way we were treated and the service we received from the staff, including the maid service, let us forget about the upcoming trip that would be to say good bye for now to a Son and Brother instead of sitting in a room stooping on the reason for the trip, we were able to enjoy a beautiful place and relax in the pool and hot tubs. The front desk staff was outstanding in making us feel just as important as the Lexus driver next to my Hyundai. What a great experience. Two thumbs up to all who were serving us this day. And to Priceline for making it possible for us to enjoy such a beautiful, relaxing, hotel. read more

The rooms were nice and close to the pool.
Had to pay for parking 12 dollars a day.

This hotel was a nice place to stay. The rooms were nice and close to the pool. On Friday night the streets around the hotels parking garage were packed with teenagers doing the cruise thing. It felt a little unsafe until actually making it inside. Things were expensive, however they were worth the money spent. The hotel itself was awesome.

It was close to central downtown, so you could walk to clubs.
No swimming pool.

This hotel was in a great location, especially if you were going out on the town.

The location downtown was great. Restaurants, retail shops and Movie theater were close by.
Access to the parking garage. Had to drive around the block for parking underneath.

I travel a lot with my children for business and leisure. I would recommend the Hyatt to other business and family acquaintances.
