Location and walking path to park on the water.
A little difficult to access from the road, somewhat confusing signage.

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel with the ability to walk the in the path & park. Good urban access to eating & entertainment. Clean & friendly, smiling staff who was always willing to help out with any concern or question. Will definitely use this hotel in the future and will recommend to family.

Terrible mold in air conditioner unit. Carpet was wet with humidity

We were very dissapointed with this hotel. Desk clerk didn't honor our no smoking room request since reservation eas booked through Priceline. Room air was awful. Mold gave us sore throats and headaches. Yuck! Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The location was great
The bathrooms were too small

Everything you would expect in a Hyatt except the bathroom size that came with my room was tiny. I could barely turn around. The tub was a joke.

The renovations look great!

The staff was great upon arrival. The hotel wasn't busy at all so they offered me an upgrade at no extra charge. I ended up with a room that faced the river and downtown. It was probably one of my best hotel stays in Austin by far! The renovations made it a much better place to stay. We hope to get this through Priceline again!
