Hyatt Regency Bellevue

Hyatt Regency Bellevue exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well appointed. The staff was competent, courteous, and friendly.

First room filthy, second room not as bad but carpet dirty too. Location of rooms next to ice machine and elevators, obviously the rooms assigned to Priceline customers.Not good. Staff helpful and gracious.m Public areas clean and beautiful.

Overall, it is a great place to stay! The staff was particularly friendly and helpful, especially when we asked to make our room feather free. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Just a few things would turn this experience from superior to excellent: Appropriate bread for the breakfast panini (room service), no mildew in the bathroom tiles, more light in the bathroom, and an automated lobby check-out kiosk that actually works. (And Tully's coffee [Tully's is adjacent to the lobby] was burnt, but that's not a hotel issue.)

The room was spacious, just right for two ladies traveling together. The window could be opened so we had fresh air. We liked that feature. There was a coffee maker available so that we could make our own first cup of morning coffee. We appreciated having a local paper delivered in morning. It was a great stay. We will be back.

I would definitely like to stay here again. The location is convenient to shopping and the freeway. I am now a cancer patient at the University of Washington which is easy access from the Hyatt.

Nice hotel, good location, with a nice view of Bellevue.
