Nice hotel and Priceline cost was great. I've stayed here before and will likely again. Overall, a nice property.

Location, cost of parking, and the helpful staff.
Bathroom was small.

This Hyatt has very comfortable mattresses and very clean facilities. The hotel has an excellent staff that is willing to help. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and request a quiet room. They put me on the first floor and when I went back to change my room they were very apologetic and put me in a small suite on the top floor.

did not like the elevator situation. Will explain in the next column.

The elevator situation was very inconvenient if you park in the underground parking lot, you cannot go to your room directly from the parking lot. It is situation in such a way that you can only go up a certain floor, then you walk outside in the open and enter through the mail door to the lobby and then take the elevator to your floor. For this reason, I will not go to this hotel again. read more

Very convenient to the Metro system.
The shower was not very clean

I liked that there was no bed spread on the bed just a coverlet folded at the foot of the bed on top of fresh clean sheets. The shower needed a good cleaning and the sink had a leak. For the price I was very satisfied.

Close to Bethesda row and metro.
Got 2 double beds rather than one large bed.

Large courtyard type lobby with every one of the floors hallway giving a view of the ground floor. Smallish glass elevators and a bit of a maze to get down to the parking lot. Very courteous staff, we were allowed to check in at 10 pm rather than 3 pm. Our room was always clean, and when a high school reunion was too loud, we called in and 15 minutes later the noise went down. Stayed 3 nights and didn't hear a thing any of the others. read more
