The bed was very comfortable and the check-in person was great.
The bathroom wasn't that great. The check-out girl wasn't friendly.

On the whole I was very happy with this hotel. The only interaction I had with the staff was at check-in and check-out. At check-in the attendant was very friendly and helpful. At check-out I felt like I was being shoved along. The room itself was very comfortable but I really didn't like that they didn't have free WiFi - this seems like a very basic service that many hotels offer for free. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were plentiful but the bathroom was dated. On the whole I was satisfied. The things that I outlined that I didn't like wouldn't keep me from staying there again. read more

Cozy feel and very convenient location (on top of Metro!).
They charge for parking and Wi-Fi access.

Overall this is an excellent hotel for the price I got it. If only they provided free parking and WiFi I would've rate it 10 all the way!

There were great location and upgraded beds.
There were no direct elevator to parking deck.

Excellent Bethesda location next to the metro. The rooms are Hyatt quality although the TV is still the tube TV. Hotel staff is friendly.

The staff were the best I've encountered
the charge for long distance calls, but they were nice enough to adjust it for me

The Hyatt Regency in Bethesda was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. My wife, daughter and myself had a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They knew us by name and any request we had was taken care of immediately. The location of the hotel is definitely one of its best assets. Right above the metro and convenient to everything in Bethesda and DC. read more

Great location, friendly helpful staff and clean!
Our room had a desk but was lacking a table.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and cheerful. The pool and hot tub were clean and well attended, though a bit small. Fresh fruit at the gym was a nice touch. Most of all, the location is perfect. The Metro station right outside your door and shopping and dining within walking distance makes this hotel perfect.
