With a "typical Hyatt atrium layout", a "Morton's Steakhouse in the lobby" and solid rooms with "superior bedding", this outpost is a "welcome retreat after a long business day" report road warriors; even if a few find the gym facilities "old" and complain of nearby "construction noise", others cite the "courteous staff, particularly at the front desk", and the location, with "lots of places to eat within a three-block radius" and an on-site Metro stop for quick trips into DC, as further reasons to stay here.

Garage only accommodates vehicles up to 6'-8" high, could not fit my van inside.

Beautiful atmosphere.
Lifeguard was weird.

This hotel was a beautiful place to stay. It was clean and well maintained. It is very conveinent tot he Metro into Washington DC. The staff was very friendly and nice to work with.

The location was wonderful. Subway to Washington DC in basement of hotel.
Had to pay for parking.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to from the highway and the location just outside of DC was very convenient. The DC subway station was in the lower level of the hotel. Upon our arrival the staff was very cheerful and helpful. Check-in was quick and without any complications and check-out was simple with the kiosk they have in the lobby. All in all this was the perfect hotel and location for our purposes. read more
