Hyatt Regency Bethesda

I would definitely stay here again. When I needed something from housekeeping they were right on top of it. They were very accommodating in making sure all 3 families that had traveled from different locations were placed on the same floor. Room service was very prompt and the food was good.

Perfect place for travel with group.

I loved almost everything about this hotel, the cost of the use to enter and exit the garage and the fact they charge to use the internet (the pool was small, but that was not a major problem). Other than that everything was perfect. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, the hotel was neat, clean and comfortable.

It is a conveniently located hotel right on the Metro line. There are great restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as in the hotel. It's in a great section of Bethesda, right at the intersecting point of the upper and lower triangles.

Beautiful views from the room both out the windows and within the hotel from the balconies. Glass elevator provided nice views and entertainment for the kids. Swimming pool was great family fun. Friendly housekeeping and front desk staff.

My family and I recently stayed at the Hyatt regency Bethesda for two nights. We were in the area to visit all of the sites in Washington dc. We also took the advice of another reviewer and self-parked to save the extra money that would have been spent if we used the valet.) We did not have to move the car because we took advantage of the Washington dc subway system. The subway station for Bethesda is right below the hotel - very convenient. Upon arrival, my mother (who had the larger party) was upgraded to a larger room with a seating area without having to ask and about a half an hour after checking in the front desk called up to the rooms to make sure that our accommodations were acceptable and to see if we needed anything else. The rooms were clean and nice sized. The inside of the hotel is impressive and the beds comfortable. The kids loved the indoor pool located on the top floor. The exercise room is a little small for a hotel that large, my husband was disappointed slightly in that. read more

The first thing you notice at the Hyatt Bethesda upon entering is how large it is. This hotel was very clean. The employees of the hotel were extremely nice.

Overall it was a wonderful stay and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
